We accept returns and exchanges on items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The request for return or exchange is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
• The item(s) being returned or exchanged are in their original condition.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

• Perishable goods, such as freshly baked items.
• Customized or personalized orders.

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

3. Refunds

3.1 Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved,      your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

3.2 Shipping Costs

• If paid, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Cancellations

• We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed, as we begin processing orders immediately to ensure freshness.
