Why "Brookie's Cookies"?
Brooke is the President and Co-Owner of Twin Acres Estates Inc. with her twin sons, Bryce and Logan. Family and friends nick-named the Brooke's Stoned Kitchen cookie creations, Brookie's Cookies. Our small, family-owned company is especially excited about our delicious baked edibles, and we can't wait to offer carefully crafted edibles as we anticipate NYS issuing an Adult Use Cannabis Micro-Business License to Twin Acres Estates Inc. in the near future (hopefully, we have been waiting to hear something for 12 months).
The Origin of "The Original"
Brookie's Cookies came about after baking "The Original" cookie in her home in 2022. Her family loves the edibles so much we decided to add Brookie's Cookies to our business focus at Twin Acres Estates Inc. "The Original" cookie's buttery texture is flawlessly complemented by the rich, semi-sweet milk chocolate chips, oats, pecans, and coconut flakes, ensuring a harmonious symphony of flavors.
"The Mackenzie" Cookie Story
Some may ask, “How does one get a cookie namesake at Brookie's Cookies?”
Our founder, Brooke, happened upon Mackenzie Kulawy’s cannabis-related story in October 2023. Mackenzie traveled to Albany in 2016 to speak with legislators about the importance of cannabis treatment options for people living with conditions like epilepsy. Her advocacy efforts were instrumental in the decision to legalize medical cannabis in New York State.
As a new business entity at Twin Acres Estates Inc., a cornerstone of our corporate purpose is to practice kindness and generosity while creating delicious edibles.
With support from Mackenzie’s family, we felt compelled to honor this extraordinary young woman by donating a portion of "The Mackenzie” Cookie sales to EPI, an organization committed to empowering people with disabilities to reach their individual goals and aspirations to live their lives to the fullest.

Brooke's Stoned Kitchen
Brooke's Stoned Kitchen is a reference to how Brooke occasionally enjoys baking with infused butter and sugar which always results in delicious edibles, an abundance of laughter, or a great night of sleep depending on the infused strain. To get a glimpse of the Brookie's Cookies baker and some baking shenanigans, Brooke's Stoned Kitchen YouTube Channel is launching soon.
